In this inspiring interview with my colleague and fellow RTT therapist Didi Kan we explore what happened when Did changed his mindset.

After a really tough youth, with problems ranging from bipolar, depression, ADHD, anger and addiction, Didi was used to blame others for all the bad events in his life. 

He gradually changed his thoughts, started looking inside himself and learned that he was the only person who was responsible for his own well being. In his healing process he not only managed to feel good, but to restore a loving relationship with his mother and with himself. 

Today Didi is an author, therapist and a diffent person altogether!
